Educational institutions in Xiamen
The educational institutions should have the qualification for enrolling overseas students
1. Application letter
Write an application letter, print it with the receiving institution’s formal paper, filling information includes number of the document, title, name of the receiving institution;
The list of overseas students should be attached on a separate sheet, including name, nationality, gender, date of birth, Passport No, student category and the duration to study in China.
2. Requirements for the Application Form for Overseas Students to Study in China:
Please fill all the required blanks, seal from the receiving institution and signature from the institution’s principal. In addition, it needs approval and signature as well as seal from the Education Bureau of Xiamen.
2. Review by director of the exit-entry administration office
3. Approval from the leadership of the Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Xiamen Municipal Government
Statutory time limit
Examine and approve relevant applications in 5 work days (the day of acceptance is excluded)
